Since all supplements are not created equal, what brand supplements is everyone taking and where is the best place to purchase them? I also have a Lugol's question. Is all Lugol's created equal? Would the Lugol's on Amazon be the same Lugol's as somewhere else? If I got it from a compounding pharmacy would I need a RX or would it be over the counter? Sorry if these seem like simple questions but I find at times its difficult to follow the posts as I feel as if I am jumping into a conversation that has already been taking place and some of the posts are so long with questions and answers going back and forth.
