Guest guest
Cut down your dose by half a tablet Kathleen until your body has adjusted to the dose it is taking at the moment. Obviously, this shows you are taking a bit too much. With the short half life of T3, the effect does leave your body after a couple of hours, and it is best during that time to sit quietly and not exert yourself. You can try in a couple of weeks to increase your dose again by 10mcgs. You might be better taking your dose split into three or more doses throughout the day - this usually works. What also works if you are getting palpitations is 500mgs magnesium. Luv - Sheila I had something like this happen to me today. I had, had 25mcg T3 in the morning, and I had been re-arranging my lounge, and it felt like my heart was beating too fast, and I tried laying down but it did not help. My BP and pulse were behaving oddly. I decided not to take the half a pill in the afternoon. The feeling that I had with fast heartbeat has now stopped. I have not been anxious about anything. Having just taken another BP reading it appears too low at 123/76 pulse 57. With erratic readings like this I can see that BP pills would cause me more problems. >
