Hi all, hope this gets through, my last post didn't!

Anyway, just thought I'd let you all know about this website (if you don't

already!)

Having problems (yet again) obtaining test results from my last hospital visit

which was 8 weeks ago. Secretary ignoring my e-mails, next appointment supposed

to posted to me not arrived. Gp's leter not arrived (according the practice).

So did a bit of web hunting to make a complaint, and found this website. Through

it I found that the hospital have a Patient Experience Team, never heard of them

or seen anything about them before - a well kept secret! Having already tried

PALS, with no success, I was very happy to find that the PET answered the phone

on the second ring, and are investigating for me. Will keep you updated.

The Patient Opinion website also gives you an opportunity to get ratings and

comments from users of NHS hospitals. I reckon we should all put our stories on

there!

Just thought I'd let you know.
