Hi Barbara,

I found that as soon as I got the right thyroid meds my allergies

decreased- I still have to watch milk, but I can walk through a field of

flowering grasses without a twitch, but before I would sneeze myself to a

standstill. So you may find improvements too.

don't take thyroid meds for 24 hours before a test, or the FT3 result will be

about double what it should be- this can result in unwarranted meds reductions.

Do go and see Dr. P if you can- he got me well after 17 horrible years on

thyroxine, there should be details of his clinics on the website or in the

files.
