Guest guest
I think Sha is doing very well, though she doesn't appear to be around anymore. It often happens that when people get well, they have no need of a support forum anymore so they disappear and get on with their own lives. Occasionally, the odd person will come back to let us know how well they are - so if everybody gets well here one day, please do come back and let us know as it helps all our new members to know there is light at the end of the tunnel. Luv - Sheila Wondering how the person featured in the first success story in the latest newsletter is getting on now with taking T3 in the early hours of morning? Hope it is still going well for you. Could you please give an update? Thank you
Guest guest
Hi I'm still around and watch everyday whats happening, I'm having a blip but its until i get the right dosage, i missed my alarm two mornings on the trot and it knocked me back. 've also been having fun with antibotics and in a week i reacted to three different types and i reacted badly to the flu jab this year so have not been so well because of that. That early morning dose is crucial that much i've realised after missing two early doses. love Sha xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx --- In thyroid treatment , " Sheila " <sheila@... > - > > Luv - Sheila > > > > Wondering how the person featured in the first success story in the latest > newsletter is getting on now with taking T3 in the early hours of morning? > Hope it is still going well for you. Guest guest
I missed a morning dose also and was on HC for some of the day, it didnt feel nice!! One funny but not so funny at the same time which keeps happening to me, is that when my alarm goes off at 3:30am (this works best for me) i sometimes think that it is my alarm to wake up in the morning and i just keep pushing the snooze button LOL. Then after 1-2 snoozes and i realise its still the middle of the night, down goes my T3! > > Hi
Guest guest
Hi may i ask how you take yours? i chew mine and am wondering if it be better with water. I;m good with the snooze button too, problem is if i don't get it early i feel wierd for the day probably until the evening, i'm meant to take mine at 4:30 was wondering if i should try at 4am as i'm trying to get up around 7am and i'm still not majorly spritely at 7 it takes me til around 8 to get the eyes open. Its amazing really how even 15 mins difference makes a difference if you know what imean. love Sha xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > > > > Hi >
Guest guest
Yes i know exactly wha you mean, i have tried 4:15 3:45 4:30 5:00 all with different results of how i feel, mainly in the morning and/or the evening i seem to notice the difference. I just take mine with some water when my alarm goes off, i have been thinking about putting it under tongue as i have absoprtion iussues because of yeas/leaky gut. I took do have trouble getting out of bed in the morning compared to when i was on hc, but i was thinking maybe the hc made it " too easy " to get out of bed, because at the minute i can get up for 8am with some snooezes. But when i was ill before T3 and i struggled to get in work for 10!
