Guest guest
Hello all you wonderfully wise people! I have recently been exploring the world of healing through enemas. Of course, I tried the coffee and I really felt the energy and wellness from that, the coconut oil was energizing as well. When I tried the Iodine I felt sluggish, almost like the detox from oral use. If anyone has done the Iodine enemas I would really like some pointers. Guest guest
Well, being a Gerson Person I am familiar with the coffee. Have never heard of the coconut oil or Iodine ones. Maybe someone can help answer that! They sound more like implants, yes? Best, Kathleen Iodine Enemas Hello all you wonderfully wise people! Guest guest
Hi Kathleen and ,I've learned to do a coconut oil-pulling (in my mouth) while having a CE in the a.m.; getting two good detox routines done at the same time. Really trying to streamline my Lyme-recovery disciplines, making them easy and hard to skip. I also put VCO on the enema bulb tip, but would like to know how VCO is otherwise used as an enema. Ditto for iodine.Be well,LénaOn Nov 12, 2011, at 9:38 PM, Kathleen Blake wrote: Well, being a Gerson Person I am familiar with the coffee. Have never heard of the coconut oil or Iodine ones. Guest guest
I'm not sure of the term implant? I put the enema solutions in a 2 quart enema/douch bag from the drugstore if that helps.
