Guest guest
That level of bromine is not enough to offset the many benefits of magnesium. Magnesium is essential to life, and is used in hundreds of processes in your body. Go ahead and use the oil! I've been using magnesium chloride as part of the protocol for taking iodine, after reading recommendation by Dr.s Abraham, Brownstein, etc.Got a 1/2 litre from magnascent.ca, ingredients listed on the label, it has 0.4% bromine. This from the Zechstein deposit, purest stuff.Bromine is one of the poisons we're trying to be rid of!I calculated that if I spray an ounce on my skin of this MgCl, then I'm also getting 118 milligrams of bromine. After the Russian scientist said that bromine neutralizes iodine, then I'd have to take a lot more iodine to counter this poison.I quit using magnesium oil, and am trying Albion process magnesium glycinate.Am I right?Advice please. Guest guest
Yes, I understand that it does not offset the benefits of magnesium, but my question is: does it offset the benefit of Iodine? > > That level of bromine is not enough to offset the many benefits of magnesium. Guest guest
Is there anything wrong with taking the Albion process magnesium glycinate? This is what I was going to order. I have already been taking 400 mg daily of amino acid chelated magnesium because it was recommended for fibroids, but was thinking about changing to the Albion. Is the kind you spray on your skin considered superior? Does anyone take baths in Epsom's salts to increase magnesium intake? Debbie N. Guest guest
Albion process magnesium glycinate is OK. I take it now instead of MgCl. The kind sprayed on skin is supposed to be better because it contains the chloride ion, good for detox. I just heard today that magnesium oil made of nigari has neither bromine in it, nor mercury. This from a test with a mass spectrometer, so it's not merchant bs. He has got it from: http://www.naturalimport.com/shop_for_nigari but since Fukushima I'm wondering if it is safe to get anything from Japan. > > Albion process magnesium glycinate >
