When can I re-start Levothyroxine once NutriAdrenoMax started please?

I have left off taking my Levothyroxine for one week as I plan to start taking

NutriAdrenoMax tomorrow.

Once I`ve started on the NAX how long do I have to wait before going back on the

Levothyroxine?
