Guest guest
Hi A, I have just done a search of the messages yet again for Proton Pump Inhibitors, and although this has been discussed previously, there are absolutely no messages from you, so it looks as if it never got posted, or that didn't accept it, though heavens knows why. I just wanted to see, do NOT accept a diagnosis of CFS - if you do, you will not be given any treatment and you will not get a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. Stick it out to get the correct diagnosis and then you will be treated with thyroid hormone replacement which is what you need. Luv - Sheila Hi Sheila, the message was sent last week and was about Proton Pump Inhibitors (Omeprazole and the like.) > Another thing - I saw the ME/CFS nurse at Hope Hospital, Salford, on Tuesday. She's really helpful with tests etc, and understands the difficulties we face. I'm quite willing to accept a diagnosis of CFS if it helps me get what I need, but will continue to fight for recognition of the problems thyroid patients face.
