Guest guest
Hi, There are SO many links!!! In one of them addressing the primary advised supplements (to take with iodine), it cites: Vitamin C, Selenium & Magnesium. Then I came across another one - but can't readily find IT. Is niacin highly recommended as well - or is it imperative? Is THIS also because niacin induces perspiration and sweating, and thus, aids in the detoxification of halogens. Finally to verify, is it Niacin which is advised - correct, and NOT Niacinamide? I read that Niacin induces flushing and not niacinamide; although, it also said that niacinamide in (higher doses ?) CAN induce sweating too? Pleases provide some further clarifcation of the above regarding 1) just HOW VITAL Niacin IS when taking iodine, and 2) the most important points to know re: Niacin and/or niacinamide - with respect to iodine and detoxification of halogens. Thank you, Trisha
