Hello all, here's some info. I hope will help.

Re. Nigari or Nigan and Magnesium Oil

If you Google 'home made tofu', you will get many recipe sites indicating the different things one can use to coagulate soybean milk. One reference there is 'nigan'. I could not find that on-line. Nigari is magnesium chloride plus other minerals.

I have used Magnesium Oil for cramps in my legs & toes (I have diabetic neuropathy.) spray it on and cramping stops in less than 5 minutes. It's called 'oil' because it feels like oil...slick...but it is not really an oil, merely magnesium chloride in liquid form.

I purchase my Magnesium Oil Spray from Swanson's Vitamins, they also have Magnesium Flakes for soaking.

Epsom Salts is a form of Magnesium and is also good for soaking in the bath tub.

I understand that diabetes and the Rx given by doctors therefor, depletes the body of magnesium which is much needed by the heart and other crucial areas/organs of the human body.

Re. Pain and 'the miseries' caused by Neuropathy and SerraEnzyme, 'The Miracle Enzyme'

I use the enzyme called 'SerraEnzyme' (serrapeptase)referred to as 'The Miracle Enzyme' at the "Good Health USA' (second link below) site, it is *enteric coated so the stomach acids do not destroy it but it can go on and be absorbed in the intestines. Ever since I started taking it my diabetic neuropathy no longer keeps me awake with pain, stinging and burning . I had given up hope of ever getting a good night's sleep. It works for me!!

*not all serrapeptase enzymes on the market are enteric coated.

Hope some of this helps.

This link will take you to the place you can buy Nigari (1 lb. $5.00)

http://www.google.com/products/catalog?rlz=1T4ADBS_enUS256US256 & q=buy+nigari+online & qscrl=1 & um=1 & ie=UTF-8 & tbm=shop & cid=6196085727049181433 & sa=X & ei=N--1Tq7sA8nisQKIhqT1Aw & ved=0CEYQ8wIwAg#

This link will take you to the GoodHeallthUSA product called Blockbuster. At the bottom of the site there are a number of testimonials of help, relief, etc. that people have used using the product. I have never tried it because the SerraEnzyme refered to in their product line as The Miracle Enzyme, has worked so well for me.

I make my own mag oil.

I buy the flakes here:

http://www.gettankedaquariums.com/index_file/Bulk.Dry.Form.A-S.File/Bulk.Dry.For\

m.Additives-Supplements.Main.Page..htm

If that link fades away like likes to do, go to gettankedaquariums DOT com

and look for the mag chloride flakes.

I buy 3lbs at a time (lasts a good long time). I mix 2/3 cup of Mag Chloride and

1/3 cup of filtered water in a mason jar and swirl. In about an hour, the flakes

are all dissolved and I have mag oil. Even though it's just flakes and water, it

actually feels oily.

The " prescription " I found online with my recipe is 10 drops 2x day rubbed on

feet, inner arm and/or hips. I can also drink this: 10 drops in water 2x a day.

Magnesium is hard on the bowels like Vit C. so I don't like taking it orally.

And transdermally, we get more of the good, no effect on bowels and we can take

more at a time, so I rub it on liberally. Way more than 10 drops...

Whatever mag your body doesn't use, gets excreted so I think you'd have to take

a ton to worry about it. Do your own research, of course.

I use the westonaprice.org site to research and also the Linus ing data

warehouse at a university -- if you search linus pauling, you'll find him on an

..edu site. TONS of good info on vitamins and minerals.

I put it on at night -- I dip my fingers in my little jar and rub it on my inner

thighs and inner arms. Probably way more than 10 drops. I sleep like a baby!

I never wash the oil off, btw.
