Using Lugol's on The Skin (warts, skin tags, other blemishes)

I'm about to mix 5% Lugol's with Castor Oil, and have two questions:

1. Is there any reason why I should NOT put the mixture in the amber, PLASTIC

bottle that the Castor Oil came in?

2. What percentage of the mixture should the 5% Lugol's constitute… 1%, 10%, 50%

or what?
