Hi Lori,

WONDERFUL NEWS!

Lori Checking -- doing very well on 100 mg.

Hi all, I don't know anyone knows or remembers me, however I started iodine this summer and I have worked my way up from 12.5 mg to 100 mg. Have had no detox symptoms. I do take vit c and cofactors. All I can say is that with each increase I have felt better and better. The biggest changes are in strength and stamina. I am now working out with more strength than ever in my life and I'm 49.Also, my thyroid nodule is changing noticeably. Two people commented that it looked different. The shape has changed and the rounded part that went to the side of center isn't there.Further, my hair is getting so much thicker.Has anyone had thyroid nodules go away?Lori

Hi Lori,So happy for you! You might also want to consider looking at Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN). If you want more info about it, let me know. I would be happy to send it.

And yes, my hair is doing awesome. My nails are better too. They have never been strong and have not grown, just broken off. Now, I am clipping them off twice a week. This is unheard of for me. Glowing, grace~

Hi Debra,

Just recently I noticed that my hair is so much thicker. I was always known for

having a head of big fluffy fine hair. Slowly through the years of thyroid

disease I lost about a third of it as well as the nice texture. Some of it came

back with nutritional support. However, it has never been the same until now.

It is starting to act like my old hair -- big and full. Also other body hair is

thicker.

I know it's not just me because a friend saw me in a crowd and said, omg, all I

saw was all that hair! Music to my ears after having dry , brittle fine hair

that stuck out like staw before. Literally, I could pull it out and it would

stay in the stuck out position.

I've been on the iodine since the summer. I have increased my dosage every

couple of weeks. So the latest improvement has taken maybe 3-4 mos. to show. I

started this summer on 12.5, then 25, then 50, then 75. Now I'm at 100 and

feeling the best ever.

My nails still look bad. The thumbs have lots of ridges. I am wondering if

those will go away too...I hope!!!!

Lori

HiLori

Had three weeks of LDN from Dixons in Scotland and just reordered I think-Is it

really so simple to re-order? Will have to wait and see if it arrives,

Hi Lori,

How wonderful, and very encouraging. I've been taking iodine for two months but

don't see any hair thickening yet, though I can feel it is beneficial in other

ways.

All best, Debra
