Guest guest
Hi, Moderators or Other, 1. As a temporary substitute, or alternative (if one does not have Iodine Tincture), is Betadine effective for topical application? If so, is IT less effective than Lugol's. 2. Secondly, WHICH below is the best, preferred or most efficacious for topical application? And/or are any others here acceptable or permissible too? Please clear up any confusion I, or others new - might have? a. Lugol's Iodine b. Tincture of Iodine c. Betadine (Provodine Iodine) 4. Also, IS Lugol's water based, versus - Tincture of Iodine being alcohol based? 5. Is Lugol's the ONLY form which is okay for internal ingestion? >>> WHAT ABOUT Tincture of Iodine? Is THAT one - NOT SAFE because it is possibly alcohol based? * A lot of questions here, but laid out and numbered for easier response. Thank you VERY MUCH on this one!
