lugols and companion supplements

There are so many brands of supplements to choose from and I know that there are

supplements that are better than others but which ones? Does anyone have a

recommendation on what brand and the best place to purchase?

If Lugol's is a brand name would all the Lugols be the same? If not which one is

the best to purchase? I see it on different vitamin sites, Amazon and

Ebay..where do you all purchase your iodine at?

Get any kind of Lugol's and 5% means less drops. All Lugol's should be made with the same formula.

The most important thing is TO GET STARTED. While you're getting the Lugol's ordered and delivered, get started AHEAD OF THE IODINE on the Supplements to be ready for the Iodine is started.

In other words the supplements get started first.
