Still unclear on the J. Crows issue

I am still unclear on whether I should continue using the J. Crow's Lugol's. The website suggests the ratio of iodine to potassium iodide isn't 1:2, even though my bottle itself (of 5% solution) says it is.If it's not a reliable product, what should I buy instead?Thank you,Angie <insert witty or inspirational quote here>
