Guest guest
Hi Devidas: Many in the group will just add their drops to a quantity of water and sip on it throughout the day. If the taste is unsatisfactory you can mask it with any of the flavorings you mentioned, or add the iodine solution to a fruit or vegetable drink. I should note that some members hesitate about adding their iodine to drinks heavy in vitamin C, but other members do so without let or hindrance and report excellent results. I think I would not add it to a hot beverage (temperature, not flavoring), but I have absolutely no data for this beyond the fact that iodine compounds tend to degrade in heat. Trust this helps. Guest guest
Thanks Megaera, At my age and health, I can chug down (almost) anything :-) But my younger ones are so much choosy... Its really good to know that it doesn't detriment the iodine. And getting to know about iodine is a stroke of luck for me.
