What effects can Iodene have in the following case??

Hi again,

My mom has both Diabetes, High cholesterol, High blood pressure and I think she

is Hypo but haven't been able to get her to ask her Dr. to do the tests. am

planning to go with her on next appointment.

Any how..she is currently taking meds for cholesterol, diabetes and I think high

blood pressure. Her last sodium results were on the high side.

I am planning to have her start drinking 1 Tsp of celtic sea salt in 8oz of

water. Is it needed if her sodium tested high?

Can she have any complications if she does this while taking her meds??
