BUMP - salt question again

Will doing the celtic salt ½ tsp make you sleepy? I also feel shaky and twitching after I do the salt. Can someone tell me why?Thanks,Deidre in TX

I have not heard of this happening. It is usually the opposite. I keep salt in my purse for when I get tired and then I put it on my tongue and it perks me up.
