I am working on my doctor's lecture presentation and I would like to include a lab sheet with the results of a 24 hour Iodine loading test with bromide levels. I have never seen a formal report so I cannot comment on what they look like but I would like to have one for an example to explain how to read the results.

Does anyone have one that they can either fax to me or scan and e-mail to me?
