What happens when you get your ferritin gets to a good range

My ferritin has been below normal I am pregnant at the moment and ive started

iron tablets but last year i had a ferritin test Done and it was only 26

therefore not even middle of the range . I've read that once all your vitamins

and minerals are at a good level does that mean my thyroxine will work a lot

more eficiently and I won't need as much
