I believe this talk is not complete because it had to be taken down.    Sheila explained why in a previous message.By the way any discussions of this diet is on the Chat forum and not on the main one, so any questions about it should be put on that forum.

I don't understand why these links are not working, they work

fine for me and as far as I have heard, they are working fine for everybody

else. Have you downloaded Adobe Acrobat Jean. If not, you won't get much to

work and you need to do this. http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

All discussions about the diet trial and any other off topic matters are on the chat forum Jean. I sent you an invitation to join when you became a member of this group, so you may already be a member there. If not, if you contact me personally, I can send you another one.

It would be better not to send your request through the group because there are so many messages I might not get round to seeing it for weeks (months) as group messages go into another folder and not into my current inbox.
