Numbness in hands can be low B12 which also contributes to fatigue. Have you checked your Vit D levels? Buist, ND HC so tired now..why? Hi all, Since starting Iodine a bit over 6 weeks, i have become sooo tired, cold a lot and numbness in hands especially in he morning and not due to squashing them in my sleep, I have been taking all the required supps I dont feel any different with Iodine I feel I have developed these symptoms since starting it, could I have thyroid issues and the Iodine has bought them out... should I keep taking the Iodine, I am on 50 ml a day, went upto 100 but made no difference, for 2 weeks now on 50 ml again, I take lugols 5 % made at a compound chemist so is of good quality. Why am i not seeing any difference, could it be adrenals,what can i take for this? I need to take a calcium supplement (which I take pm) and I take calcium citrate at the moment. This is only my experience though. Everyone is different.
