Hi group. I haven't talked on here in months, but I have been on 50mgs of iodine

since last spring when I first came here. I am alot better on it, but not good

enough yet.

I had pretty severe adrenal blood tests a couple years ago and have been on

hydrocortisone since. I am trying to get off that. I am down to 20mgs.

I want to take DHEA, but waited to have my blood work done as some people said

that there was a danger in taking that if you didn't need it.

I also wanted my thyroid antibodies tested to make sure that iodine wasn't

raising them.

Well these tests may show that it is and so I am sharing them with you to see.

I don't understand all these blood tests.

Blood tests:

Tyroglob. AB <20 Ref Range <40

Thyroglobulin 68 Reference range 2-60

My only past test on antibodies is this result:

ANTI-THYROGLOB <20 <40

Other hormones

Estrogens total 70 Females postmenopausal Reference <40

Vite D 119 Reference range 30-100 (maybe I should not have taken my Vite d3

before that test as my last test was 32 9 months ago)

Vitamin B12 908 Reference 180-914 (was taking that too)

Testosterone 0.12 Reference 0.10 to 0.90

Progesterone 0.37 Post menopausal 0.08 to 0.78 reference

Dhea 1.33 Ref range 1.30-9.80

I would love feed back on these tests and whether or not anyone thinks I could

safely add DHEA.

Also do you think the IODINE is raising my antibodies? Is it in any danger?

Thank you, Terry Quinn
