Follicular Cancer - Any Ideas?

Hello I'm going to apologise in advance for my long post, but I'm hoping someone can offer me so guidance in what I should do next.I suffered with hypo symptoms for many years following the birth of my son in 1998. My mother had her thyroid removed when I was very young and I assumed she was hypo (my dad told me after my surgery that she had thyroid cancer), she died from MS some time ago. I had several blood tests on my thyroid in the UK but I was always told everything was normal so the symptoms must be something else... I had surgery for adhesions, I was told I had endometriosis, hiatus hernia, IBS, depression - the list of reasons for my poor health was long but not my thyroid. After several years I accepted I was normal and assumed everyone felt like I did.Move forward a couple of years to June 2010 and I now live in France. A chance comment to my GP about my strong alcohol intollerance (whilst there for my son's rugby injury) and he suggested a blood test and a scan as this could sometimes suggest thyroid disease. At this stage he knew nothing about my past history and prior to this I took no medication or needed the services of my GP.I had an ultrasound scan in July 2010 and it highlighted a problem. Things moved quickly from here and there followed more scans, blood tests and appointments and I had my throid removed at the begining of September 2010. They also removed the front group of Lymph nodes and two calcium glands. I was diagnosed with Stage II Follicular Thyroid Cancer with Lymph node spread. I received 150 millicuries of Radiation in November 2010 (using thyrogen) and three months later I was told that the cancer was sleeping and under control and all was well. So, that's my potted history - my question now concerns my Levo and blood levels.I'm tall and 'big boned' so my initial dose of Levo was 225. This dose is continually dropping and is now at 162.5 - my endo wanted me to drop to 150 but I pleaded with him to leave it (or increase it). The problems I'm having is that my blood levels keep rising even though my dose is dropping and I'm left with hypo symptoms not hyper symptomsHere is my blood history

* My B12 was low in May at 211 (range 191 - 663) so I take a B12 supplement each day (1000mg)** blood tests are always taken early moring, before meds and any food/drinkI'm feeling under the weather. I'm not ill and the outside world would see me as normal but I'm constantly tired, I ache in my bones and my muscles, I'm gaining weight (20 lbs since RAI), my skin is dry, I have dreadful reflux and nausea, I've always got a headache, my mouth is sore, my nails are bad, I tremble, my body-thermometer is totally broken in that I come out in a sweat even though I feel cold and I have goosebumps... I sound like a moaning minnie, I want to just get back to normal but these problems hang around and dont seem to improve.I also have a recurring problem with right sided pain. I've had a couple of occasions where the pain has been crippling and once I was admitted to hospital. My doctor at first thought it was my gallbladder but in hospital they found nothing to suggest this but did find my duodenum was inflammed and eroded and I had a course of tablets to help resolve this.So - finally my questions. Should I accept the dose drop of Levo to 150? Will this improve my symptoms - are they perhaps hyper symptoms and not hypo? Why would my bloods rise even though my dose was dropped?Any ideas what could be causing my right-sided pain? Should I be concerned that my TSH has risen very slightly, even though it should be supressed to supress the cancer?I'm due to see my GP tomorrow after another bad bout of right-sided pain so any suggestions or thoughts would be very very welcome.Kind regardsC
