When is the best time of the day to take Lugol's?

I take Naturthroid as soon as I open my eyes. I chew my morning dose up and then

wait 30 minutes to drink coffee.

I slacked off on Lugol's and now have forgotten how to take it. Is it in the

morning on an empty stomach or any time is fine?

Would it interfere with NT if taken together in the morning?

I take my Naturethroid sublingually when I first wake up. About an hour later I take my Lugol's (Iodoral) with my breakfast. It works fine that way. Kathleen
