For off topic:How to wean off Cortef using Cytozyme

,would you kindly direct me to instructions or email me privately for

weaning off of Cortef and using Cytozyme AD as adrenal support? I have gained a

ton of weight after 2 years on it and I remember you saying the same thing

happened to you. My doctor says it's time to wean, as the weight-gain indicates.

I really am not skilled in that. When I came off Cortef I just kind of diminished it on my own as I felt I needed less. I was taking Cytozyme with the Cortef so there was no switch over. I just basically quit Cortef one day. Not really tapering down.
