I just started my husband with 1 12.5mg tab of Iodoral plus the companion

nutrients. He has a prostate issue and I'm hoping that Iodine can help him with

that.

He also has bad achilles tendonitis. I read up on CoQ10 which they said is good

for tendonitis. I am wondering if it's ok to take Iodine and CoQ10 together or

may be just spaced them out like take Iodine in the morning and CoQ10 at lunch.

Any input is appreciated.

I've taken CoQ10 for quite a while with no problems. I take it at lunch, iodine

in the morning.
