My kids don't like orange flavored vitamins. I am waiting for an order of Vit C chewables I ordered from vitacost. One wafer = 500mg. 180 wafers for 12.00.

My daughter's family is starting to use iodine and the companion ingredients.

I recently ordered some Country Life Vitamin C Crystals thinking they would be good for children -to dissolve in a beverage. The Directions have only adult dosages - 1/4 teaspoon is 1250 mg ascorbic acid. Would any of you use this with children? It says on the label 'Keep out of the reach of children" but Metagenics Super Potent C Chewables also says this even though it is for children. If I give my 3 grandsons 1000 mg of the Metagenics product daily, the bottle would last 7.5 days. We can't afford $80.00/month for Vitamin C.

I have read about the Redoxon and Hylands Vitamin C, but need to investigate them further.

Some magnesium glycinate products come in capsules. Would it be suitable to open the capsules and put the magnesium glycinate in applesauce or yogurt?

Thank you for your replies!

Wanda
