I agree - particularly if you start this dosage right as you feel the cold

coming on, often aborts it before it takes hold. I'd add 50 mg zinc to the

above regimen too.

Thanks and everyone who replied.

I have upped the vit c, am already taking vit A and need to get more vit D so

you've prompted me to do that.

Interested that mentions adrenals, is lowered resistance to infection more

of an adrenal than a thyroid thing then? Or is it the fact that my energy has

disappeared with the appearance of the cold that suggests adrenals?

I have had the saliva test but my cortisol was a bit high rather than low so the

adrenal glandular supplements many people on here seem to take didn't seem to

apply to me. I am taking all the vits and minerals recommended for adrenals so

hope that is enough.

Thanks again for all your help.

Hi Debbie

what form of vitamin A are you on, and how much? Vitamin D3 is very important,

too.

Both! they are all related.

Hi Chris

Sorry for the delay in replying. I'm actually taking the vitamin a you

recommended! And you very kindly replied at the time when I posted my adrenal

saliva test results.

Thanks so much for your help.
