I'd add 50 mg zinc to the above regimen too. best n
Guest guest
Thanks and everyone who replied. I have upped the vit c, am already taking vit A and need to get more vit D so you've prompted me to do that. Interested that mentions adrenals, is lowered resistance to infection more of an adrenal than a thyroid thing then? Or is it the fact that my energy has disappeared with the appearance of the cold that suggests adrenals? I have had the saliva test but my cortisol was a bit high rather than low so the adrenal glandular supplements many people on here seem to take didn't seem to apply to me. I am taking all the vits and minerals recommended for adrenals so hope that is enough. Thanks again for all your help. Guest guest
Hi Debbie what form of vitamin A are you on, and how much? Vitamin D3 is very important, too. > Interested that mentions adrenals, is lowered resistance to infection more of an adrenal than a thyroid thing then? Or is it the fact that my energy has disappeared with the appearance of the cold that suggests adrenals? Both! they are all related. > I have had the saliva test but my cortisol was a bit high rather than low so the adrenal glandular supplements many people on here seem to take didn't seem to apply to me.
