Guest guest Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 Hi Sheila/all Been to buy some of the above today and was told i needed to buy niacinamide non flushing 500mg and not just niacin( what is the difference in the two) well the lady in the health shop advised my partner to buy and said they are the same as niacinamide they are called NO-FLUSH NIACIN 500MG INOSITOL HEXANICOTINATE(what is this) These are solgar brand. on back of bottle it lists ingredients NIACIN(vitamin b3) 422mg INOSITOL 78mg So do i have the right ones? Sorry to be such a worry head i am just nervous of taking anything new so just want to be sure. Oh and could i take these the same time of the day i take ferrous fumerate.
