Hi,

Just to be sure, is the Iodoral WITH IODIDE as well, the best form / dosage to

purchase? i.e., versus the one with just solely: 5 mg iodine? I want to be

sure?

Iodine Total: 12.5 mg (5 mg iodine and 7.5 mg iodide per tablet)

Contains both iodine and iodide for the most biological activity
