Hi,

I am wondering about the following:

1. Can you gargle with Lugol's solution for sore throat etc? If yes, how do you

do it? I mean what kind of Lugol's solution do you use: 1%, 2%, 5% etc? Do you

dilute using water?

2. What kind of Lugol's solution do you use on skin for various purposes such as

topical oitment, cuts, infections, skin-painting etc? : 1%, 2%, 5% etc?

3. Can one use Lugol's solution for head/scalp painting to relieve

itching/redness etc? What kind?: 1%, 2%, 5% etc?

Please advise.

Thank you,

RK

You can use any % of Lugol’s for any of those applications you have asked about. To gargle add a few drops to water. I would always add salt to the water also, as another healer. ½ tsp salt.
