Guest guest
Thank you Kathleen. May I ask what may sound stupid, but for expediency, would be good to know? First, as a side note, are you one of the modurators? * With regard to topical application of iodine: 1. Does it have to be Lugol's, or could one use Betadine (provodine iodine)? 2. And what about the old " Tincture of Iodine? " > Can It be used, and is IT still even available anymore OTC? > > Hi Trisha, > One can paint iodine anywhere; breasts, neck, abdomen , etc. How long it stains depends on the person and their body's ability to absorb iodine. Iodine can tend to be a bit drying when one is painting, so many have found it good to mix the iodine with some health oil, such as coconut oil. Guest guest
Hi Trisha, Yes, I am one of the moderators. You can paint with any kind of iodine. Although I think Lugol's would be my first choice. Best, Kathleen * Attention Kathleen, Re: Lugol's & Topical Application Thank you Kathleen.May I ask what may sound stupid, but for expediency, would be good to know?
