Guest guest
I pait my breasts and use it on a joint that aches occasionally. It can be drying. If you use it daily, you would want to also apply something like VCO (coconut oil) to keep skin moist. If I spil some on the counter, it comes off with an alcohol swab. You can use vitamin C powder to take it out/off of things. Guest guest
Hi Trisha, One can paint iodine anywhere; breasts, neck, abdomen , etc. How long it stains depends on the person and their body's ability to absorb iodine. Iodine can tend to be a bit drying when one is painting, so many have found it good to mix the iodine with some health oil, such as coconut oil.
