What do you paint the Lugol's with?

Hi all,Just wondering what you paint your Lugol's on with? I used a qtip for the left side of my eye yesterday and the pain went away. Cleared a zit too!

Because of other discussions on this board, I am now planning on using it on my hip, which hurts less with the LDN, but not gone completely, like the other areas it has taken away the pain from completely. Not sure what to use for larger area. Small paint brush? Like for cooking? Or cotton swab?

I will be mixing it with coconut oil, which I got more of yesterday. Using it in my green drink in the morning and will now use it with the Lugol's.
