How much iodine do you start with to paint?

Do you count the mg.s along with the iodine I take in pills when I paint? I have

never painted before.

And would I have a Dr. give me an RX to buy some liquid to paint?

Lugol's Iodine is very cheap here in Canada. You could buy it online.

Also I have a question about what iodine I'm taking.

It is RLC LABS

L-Throid

Iodine & Iodide USP.

Iodide 7.5.mg.

Iodine 5mg.

Potassium 2.4mg.

Is this what I should be using?

You can use as much as you want, just take your regular oral amount and paint

whatever

additional you want to use. It's what you're comfortable with, there isn't a

rule about it.

Remember that if you ingested (orally or on the skin) more iodine than your body

could use at

a given time, you would wash the excess harmlessly out of your body in the

urine.
