Guest guest
, Thank you for your feedback. I hear you about kelp and I'm NOT disputing your input, but I AM at least on an " organic " source. I got started with it just when I began to find out about iodine. I do not think it's a bad place to start at all. Further, I actually did notice some detoxing: increased sweating (I barely ever sweat, perspiration scent (actually good for me), and minute blemishes on my face - all a good sign. So again, I don't think it is a bad place to start, even though the dosage is small, I increased it ten fold based on something I had read somewhere. I also have read through the member new doc info. It's fine, but I am looking forward to getting my hands on Dr. Brownstein's book - a more comprehensive presentation in full of iodine, particularly given my medical background as an R.N. My body also does feel cleaner, and there could also be some trace minerals and/or micronutrients of value in the liquid kelp that I was lacking.
