No, NAC does not stress the adrenals-- it is an antioxidant and increases excess

mucus. It's your choice whether you choose to continue despite lowered blood

pressure. I don't think that is a dangerous low level, though. A low that is

of

concern is under 90/under 60. Dehydration is a cause of low blood pressure, and

I'm willing to bet that's your cause. Normal heart rate is 60 to 100.

Electrolytes also include other minerals. If you are taking whole, unrefined

salt

such as Celtic sea salt, Real Salt, or another, you can (and should) add that to

your

water several times a day. And you can ask the health food store about an

electrolyte replacement which focuses on a short list of crucial minerals.

Unrefined salt in your water helps your body retain the water and make the most

of

it, in a totally healthy way.
