Guest guest
Hi Grace , You talk of loose stools this can be related to food Intolerance, the digestive system not absorbing food properly and the body becoming sensitive to certain foods. I have multiple food Intolerance issues and get very fatigued if I eat the wrong foods and it causes loose stools so this may be worth searching for. Well worth a try Im confident it will help pick you up. Avoid wheat, gluten and also lactose for a couple of weeks and see how you feel, keep a diary of all the foods you eat and how you feel, this is like and elimination faze. Any help just let me know happy to try and help. CheersNikkiFrom: "tobdncng@..." <tobdncng@...>Iodine Sent: Friday, 26 August 2011 7:24 AMSubject: Still tired... Hi all, Have been on Iodine with all the companion nutrients for about 2-3 months. Still very tired. Doc did say my blood was thick and so taking Boluoke for that. He said I would feel worse for awhile, but I don't have any of the energy that most talk about. I can't figure out why. I have gone back on Armour and am taking Dr. 's adrenal rebuilder. And my face (T-zone) is still oily. TSH was sky high, but I knew about that. FT3 & 4 were low still, so doc upped dose on my thyroid meds. Going slowly here since I also take LDN and went into hyper mode with it. Went off for almost a year because of that, but gained weight back, which wasn't what I wanted at all. I had lost 70 pounds, have now gained about 30 pounds back. Doing the TLC with salt and other stuff in the AM. Have trouble with loose stools, but that is better than being constipated all the time. (Sorry if TMI!) On the plus side, my nails are growing like crazy, First time in my life except when I used the nail products. And my hair is growing quickly. My hair dresser is so impressed, she is reading about iodine for herself and her son. I haven't had my hormones tested. Don't have anyone to go to for that. (, waiting for you sweetie!) Anyone have any thoughts? Also wanted to say thanks to all who contribute. You are all angels in my book! It is getting bigger and bigger with more and more angels from this group. (wink) Glowing, grace~As Ghandi taught, the secret to life is to struggle against oppression and to fight for what is needed, but not to be attached to any particular outcome. Therein lies the secret of peace within the chaos.
Guest guest
Figured out this AM that it was the TLC that was causing the loose stools. I cut back. I also changed my drink to be more of a green smoothie and added spinach and kale. I take TLC, 1/2 tsp salt, my liquid Vit D (QOD) and coconut oil in my drink too. (Along with fruit and blueberries.) I was thinking of adding Brewer's Yeast as well, but not sure because it says yeast, still have to do more research. And just this morning read about taking 2 days off if gaining weight. So, did that today and will do that tomorrow. Don't remember hearing that before, but my memory is still not that good. Oh, and just got my Thyroid S from Thailand and am taking 2 60 mg. tabs in the AM. For the rest, see below. For the protocol I take: Himalayan Salt Vitamin C - 1,000 mg.
