Hello to all,

my name is Jan, male, 28 from Germany.

I started to supplement Lugols in August 2010. So i have taken it about 1 year

now, from 1 drop i went up to 60mg then down to 2 drops. Upped, felt detox,

slowed down, upped, and so on.

At the very beginning i felt immediately like new born, it was really really

awesome and since then i know i was missing Iodine. It lasted maybe 2-3 weeks

and then i felt often very bad with Lugols. However, i went throught the bad

phases and played with dosage. About 1 month ago i felt like i was through the

main detox because i felt some weeks in a row very good, calm, energized and

simply happy.

However, i can take now very high doses but am afraid of making something wrong.

I read a lot in curezone though and am not really afraid of taking high dosages.

I need to mention that i never got that feeling like at the very beginning and i

thought it will come back one day. Or maybe i got just used to it? So because i

dont know what is going on, i ordered Selenium. It is the form of

Selenmethionine and im not sure if its the correct form. And was it a bad idea

to supplement Lugols 1 year without Selenium? My diet is pretty good so far,

lots of potatoes, eggs, butter, meat, bananas, cheese and some vegs. I was

craving beer in the last time very much, i know that beer is made from yeast and

maybe it has to do something with missing selenium now?

Thx for support
