Would painting help support adrenals?

there's talk about painting Lugol's directly on the skin for the breast.

What if one has weak adrenals and wanted to support them with iodine, would it

be helpful to paint over the area of kidneys and adrenal glands on one's back?

I do take Lugol's internally (about 75mg) but to give adrenals extra boost, what

do you think?
