I found this, this morning and there are a few nutrients and issues that may help you figure out why you have issues.

It's 7:45 here so not too early. Tomorrow is 6 am to get the kiddos up for school on time!

Thanks for this great information ! After just a few days of Vit D I am already feeling improvement! A friend had asked about my Vit D and I had just got results back, he suggested that I supplement. Surprisingly, since I started Iodine I have seen great improvement in some areas, especially energy, but I have also found other areas are rearing their ugly heads, especially the neuropathy and some other pain issues, is there any thing that could explain this, or does it seem to just be coincidence? I don't think this would be detox, I have had some normal detox issues and have salt loaded for it, but the neuropathy goes along with a recent blood test that show I am low (though not entirely out out of range) on Vit D. I am also showing higher glucose, and am going to reduce Vit C (to 1300mg daily from 2000) in an effort to get those numbers back to more normal range. I have Type 2 Diabetes and had actually been doing much better with those numbers prior to the Iodine protocol - even though I have lost weight (just over 20 pounds) and am having significantly less carb cravings (and therefore eating fewer carbs) which one would think would lower glucose levels. I also wonder if iodine is supposed to reduce inflammation? I have high CRP and homocysteine, but have no idea of how high it might have been prior to starting iodine. Thanks if anyone has understanding of these issues. On Sep 5, 2011, at 4:37 AM, ladybugsandbees wrote:
