Anytime you feel like painting, paint. There is no reason not to, and I find

that my body will

tell me what it wants. As I've said, painting iodine on my knee stopped aching

pain there.

I don't know that anyone has tried it. It's worth a try. I use essential oils on my daughter's adrenals when she is feeling anxious.

there's talk about painting Lugol's directly on the skin for the breast.What if one has weak adrenals and wanted to support them with iodine, would it be helpful to paint over the area of kidneys and adrenal glands on one's back?I do take Lugol's internally (about 75mg) but to give adrenals extra boost, what do you think?Susa
