Guest guest
I had the same prob as you. less than 50mg Iodoral gave me lots of probs, maybe b/c I was so deficient. now I am taking 200mg per day. you might want to try at least 50mg. gracia I replied to this before but it didn't get posted for some reason. I took one Iodoral pill daily before having to stop after a couple days due to the pain. Then I broke it into smaller pieces and tried again another time with the same result. As I already posted, I have tried every brand I can find of iodone and also different seaweeds, they all give me acute gastritis.I am trying to find out if there is any information on non-oral administration of iodine. Thanks, Marie> >> > > > have you tried Iodoral?> > Gracia> > > > > > Hello everyone! Guest guest
And are you taking the companion nutrients? They are crucial to it working well. Maybe your body is kicking out the bad stuff from all the problems you have had. There is often a “healing crisis”, where you feel worse in order to get better. I would try the higher amounts Gracia recommends with the companion nutrients and plenty of salt and give it some time to work. Just my thoughts! Guest guest
Search messages for 's posts. She does topical only I think. Combining with castor oil and maybe coconut oil. Not sure ... but she has posted extensively about it in response to previous requests for information so it is in the message archive. Guest guest
Castor oil packs works well to counteract stomach pain. Castor oil packs were first recommended to me by my brother who is a naturopath about 15 years ago when I had mastitis (breast pain due to clogged breast milk) and it alleviated the pain and relieved the inflammation. I also use it when my kids or I have any muscle pain, vomiting or stomach pain. Buy cold pressed castor oil and flannel from the health food store. Apply oil to flannel and put on the flannel on affected area and a heating pad over that for 20-45 minutes. Search the web for castor oil packs for more information. Castor oil has an ingredient in it that heals. Kathy T. I replied to this before but it didn't get posted for some reason. Guest guest
I used castor oil for back pain. If it is muscle, yes. If it is a disc issue, no. I always have castor oil in my house for any type of pain. Kathy T. I replied to this before but it didn't get posted for some reason.
