I think you're right it is just the pregnancy

I have a son already he is 4.5yrs and then I lost my last pregnancy, only 7mths

ago. I do get some nausea with my pregnancies but never really dreadful...it

tends to come and go and is usually in the evenings. So maybe my adrenals are

ok...I like to think they are :/

I am waiting on some Iodoral 12.5mg so I am going to change to that when it

arrives.

I just found out tonight that I had got a selenium supplement that was 'Sodium

Selenate' and then read a Dr Mercola article about Sodium Selenate being a toxic

form of selenium! Fortunately I only used one drop of this stuff and I have

another selenium supp which is organic selenium from yeast which is apparently

ok. It is such a mine field out there trying to get all the right things! I

live in New Zealand so I can't always get what you guys get in the U.S.A but

iherb is pretty good, but you have to know your stuff or you can buy the wrong

thing.

So this business of separating your supplements is unnecessary then?

And the iodine is not changed by the chemical reaction it has when put into my

powdered vitamin C solution? I read a number of other forums with people saying

that it changes the iodine...saying something like ...it converts it to

elemental iodine and there is no iodide left after this reaction takes places.

I really don't know, Iodine is a pretty new subject for me. So I can go ahead

and put my son's drops in the vitamin c powder/water solution and i will get

completely the same benefits?
