Sammy: it's Lugol's 2%. Topical use is different from oral intake because less

of the total solution becomes available through the skin and there's no truly

accurate way to estimate how much the body eventually gets to use. The

conventional " guess " is about 20% of a topical application is actually used,

but, as they say, your mileage may vary, so it's difficult to make

recommendations. Are you taking iodine orally also? And are you hypothyroid?

These are matters that should be considered before any suggestions are made.
