Hi Everyone,Another tip for those making their own Lugols.After searching ebay for the most economical glass bottles I came across this vendor ..........http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem & item=290604384053He only had a listing for (12) 2 ounce bottles at $18.75. (total price)So I emailed him about adding 4 more bottles. The recipe I'm making requires32 ounces of storage containers. He was very fast and friendly and saidhe would add 4 more for $2.00. This was very late last night and I awoke to an email from him with Fed Ex tracking.He is leaving this listing on his ebay site.......16 glass bottles / 2

The guy from the full orchestra also sells this stuff. His prices are very reasonable too. The droppers corrode over time, so I am ordering some extras. I gave my order to my friend who keeps my dog so he can have some and to my dad. I am getting an extra bottle so I can have some for ME.

Hi grace,Yes, I noticed that the full orchestra also sold bottles (I bought the iodine and potassium from himat a great price) but the price for his bottles were a lot more expensive. I wanted as small a bottle as I can get for as inexpensive a price. The smaller thebottles the more expensive. His 4 oz were a lot less expensive,but I wanted to break the amounts into smaller bottles.I figured this ended costing me approx. .65 cents per ounce.THNX!!! Actually, I don't recommend that people buy these bottles. They have a plastic

dropper, not a

glass dropper. Iodine oxidizes things, and I just feel safer with glass for the

dropper.

There are other sellers on ebay who sell dropper bottles.

It is something I totally missed. Didn't even know to look for it. Even the Lugols I ordered from Ecuadorare in plastic bottles AND have plastic droppers.I'm going to ask the seller if he can sell them with glass droppers instead. I don't see them in his list of items, but he already has the 'sources'.It might turn out slightly more expensive, but maybestill 'less' expensive.
