Guest guest
Can someone tell me if iodine itself can reduce systemic candida, or does one generally need to use a product for this? Dr prescribed Sporanox. What are the options?
Guest guest
My provider has me on pro biotics and a Candida diet too. You can find one online if you just Google Candida diet. She said the iodine was good to help get rid of it too. I felt better right away with the diet. Had stomach cramps among other problems. Oh, and if things are going along well and then suddenly you have a bad day, it could be yeast die off. They neglected to tell me about that. I felt like a truck ran over me for a whole day. Good luck! Guest guest
My daughter is taking about 50 mg of iodine now. Her new doctor has her on Mycostat to help get rid of her yeast. This product helps detox the yeast without heavy die off symptoms. She's not completely on the diet, so will get there more slowly. But, it's working. Her dandruff was very bad. A lady who used to do her hair showed me how to scrape the scalp. Parts of it seemed like cradle cap. Now, she still has flakes, but no cradle cap type crud. She's also loosing weight again. Fingers crossed that it stays off this time. Debbie My provider has me on pro biotics and a Candida diet too. You can find one online if you just Google Candida diet.
